Below helps you determine if your RayTalk audio accessories are still under warranty or when your accessories and headset was

manufactured.

Prior to determining if it is necessary to replace your existing two-way radio accessories you should always determine if your warranty has expired or not. On RayTalk audio accessories you can find the four digit date code on the cables.

The accessory code format is WWYY. The YY (1st and 2nd) being the year of manufacture. The WW(st and 2nd) being the month of manufacture.

For example, if the accessory date code is 1220, It means the accessories is manufacture of December, 2020
