Kim (Mr. Jingping Lei), the founder and managing director of RayTalk Communications, brings over 18 years of experience in the two-way radio and aviation headset industry. In 2009, he established "RayTalk" with the aim of introducing innovation and high-quality products to the ever-evolving industry. Over the past 10 years, Kim has extensively traveled worldwide, personally attending to his clients' needs and collaborating with them to develop new products. He takes great pride in his team at Raytak and continuously encourages them to innovate and go the extra mile for their customers.

Furthermore, Kim has a wonderful family comprising a thoughtful wife, a daughter, and a son.

Ailsa joined RayTalk in 2013 shortly after completing her Bachelor's degree. With over 10 years of sales and marketing experience in the radio industry. She has garnered very high praise from customers for her excellent service, expertise, and knowledge. Ailsa's primary responsibilities include managing the sales team, handling advanced customer requirements, and overseeing larger projects.

In July of 2020, Ailsa was appointed as Vice President, marking a truly remarkable achievement that recognizes her hard work, dedication, and passion. Ailsa embraces life with a smile, cherishing her job, her loved ones, and the people around her. She finds joy in both playing and working hard, reflecting her positive and enthusiastic approach.

On Christmas Day in 2022, Ailsa welcomed her first baby girl, adding another special milestone to her life.

Jimmy (Mr. Mingxiong Guan) partnered with Kim (Mr. Lei) to establish NBT Manufacturing, the brother company of RayTalk, in 2014. Jimmy is known for his hard work and exceptional skill in delegating tasks. Whenever there is an issue in the factory, he promptly assigns the appropriate person to handle the job. His ability to identify the right individuals for each task contributes to the efficient operation of the manufacturing process.

Jack has accumulated over 13 years of experience in the radio industry and possesses extensive knowledge in the development and design of radio accessories. His expertise lies particularly in structural design, manufacturing, technical data control, and SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) control. Jack's passion for the feld of two-way communication is evident in his deep love and dedication to it. He is mitted to contributing his skills and expertise to further advancements in this industry.

Ben, our Senior Engineer, brings more than 12 years of experience in the radio communication industry. His primary role involves overseeing production management and conducting research and development for new products. Additionally. Ben plays a crucial role in addressing customer needs and resolving any issues that may arise. With his extensive knowledge and expertise, he ensures that our products meet the highest standards and effectively meet the requirements of our va lued customers.

Garry holds the position of Operation Manager and is responsible for overseeing production management and control. With 13 years of experience in audio accessories manufacturing. Garry excels inmanaging lead times and daily production operations. He is diligentin his work and consistently strives to ensure the accuracy of production procedures. Garry is not only dedicated to his role but also possesses a humorous and witty nature. In his everyday work, he demonstrates a kind and supportive demeanor, making him akin to an elder brother figure within the team.
