At RayTalk, we believe our organization depends upon customer satisfaction. To insure each manufactured product is accurate and meets quality standards, RayTalk records all serialized products and maintains the last calibration certification date for the life of the product.

Registered in 2009, the first team engaged in trade business was established in 2010.
In 2014, we established our own factory and started producing by ourselves instead of outsourcing. Meanwhile, there were only around 7 people in the offce and less than 50 workers in the factory.
In 2015, with the growth of business, we expanded our team to approximately 15 people and moved to a new and larger office while maintaining stability for the workers in the factory.
We adhere to the principle of sincere customer service and have accumulated stable customers and reputations. In order to deliver products more timely, we expanded our factory scale again in 2018.
In 2020, we formulated a strategic plan for the development of RayTalk, by renting an offer larger than 1700 m² and integrating a new factory. Therefore, there were two factors to support production.
RayTalk is a group company with 3 factories, Shenzhen NBT Communication Technology Co., Ltd., Guoxuntong Technology Co., Ltd. and RayTalk Precision Mold Ltd.
