Birthday Candles on the Podium: A Double Delight Night with RayTalk
RayTalk celebrated its Q2 Outstanding Employees with the “Star of the Quarter” awards, honoring excellence, leadership, and teamwork—followed by a joyful birthday celebration.
On July 25th, under a starry sky filled with laughter and joy, everyone wore genuine smiles—especially those beaming with extra sweetness. But at the RayTalk office, why was the award podium covered in birthday candles?

What is the “Star of the Quarter”? Formerly known as the “Stars of Service,” this award now recognizes outstanding individuals across a broader range of roles—not just in service, but also in R&D, production, sales, and other key departments. It honors those who stood out in Q2 by proactively identifying problems, driving improvements, and solving challenges. Whether it’s technical breakthroughs, cross-department collaboration, or boosting customer satisfaction—if you shine bright enough, you could be the next Star of the Quarter!
Congratulations to Our Outstanding Stars
In this quarter’s selection, we proudly celebrate the exceptional performance of four Q2 Stars of the Quarter, along with one Management Pioneer who demonstrated outstanding leadership to guide the team forward.
Our Sales Assistant bridged communication across departments by actively coordinating internally and escalating issues effectively. The Accounting Assistant identified and resolved audit issues while swiftly preparing training materials, becoming the first to earn the upgraded “Star of the Quarter” title. The Engineering Clerk suggested improvements to workflow and proactively implemented solutions. Meanwhile, the Product Assistant Engineer collaborated with system operators to develop optimization plans and quickly produced training materials for the part number system, responding efficiently to factory needs.
The Head of Procurement was honored as this quarter’s Management Pioneer. She empowered her team to take ownership of procurement tasks and ensured close progress tracking. Under her leadership, the team’s capabilities improved significantly. She also helped guide the team through a structured internal training program. Her management style of “empowerment and development” has enhanced both efficiency and team resilience.

A Delicious Celebration for Our Elite Team
It was a night to remember. As the final words of gratitude from our Management Pioneer still lingered in the air, an irresistible aroma quietly filled the room. On the long table, the warm glow of birthday candles flickered gently, reflected in the bubbles of sparkling drinks. Fresh fruit released a sweet fragrance, golden crispy egg tarts carried the warmth of the oven, and an array of delicate pastries was neatly arranged on trays. A few July birthday stars were gathered in front of the cake, the candlelight casting a rosy glow on their surprised and joyful faces. So that was the secret behind the award podium filled with candles.
